Jade StaceyJade is a Boise native and understands what it means to be an "Idahoan." After attending college at Boise State University, Jade attended law school at the University of Idaho. He then served as a law clerk to Deborah Bail, Fourth Judicial District for the State of Idaho. Judge Bail was one of Idaho's first 50 women lawyers and later claimed another first with her appointment as Idaho's first woman District Judge.
After clerking for Judge Bail, Jade began his career with an emphasis in civil litigation at a large and well-respected Boise law firm and has extensive experience in motion practice before courts in Idaho. Jade later began to focus his practice on real estate and business transactions and litigation. During the course of his career, Jade has represented countless HOAs, real estate owners, investors and developers, foreclosure companies, brokers, realtors, landlords, tenants, and business owners.
